1. PCB Recycling Technology
1.1 Wet recycling technology
Wet recycling technology is one of the widely used methods of electronic waste treatment, especially for PCB metal recovery. This technology makes use of the fact that metals can be dissolved in acids (e.g. nitric acid, sulphuric acid and aqua regia, etc.) to remove metals from e-waste and recover them from the liquid phase.
Data Support
Wet recycling technology can effectively recover metals from PCBs, such as copper, with a recovery rate of up to 99.99%.
1.2 Fire Recovery Technology
Pyro-recovery technology separates metals from PCBs through high-temperature smelting and is suitable for the recovery of large quantities of metals.
Data support
Fire recovery technology consumes high energy, but can achieve efficient recovery of metals.
1.3 Solid phase electrolysis technology
Solid-phase electrolysis technology adopts aqueous sodium hydroxide solution as the electrolyte, and the solid-phase lead composite molecules in the lead paste are reduced to metallic lead by obtaining electrons from the surface of the cathode during electrolysis.
Data Support
Solid phase electrolysis technology can effectively recover lead from PCBs.
