It can be used for conveying both broken materials and finished items.       Belt conveyor, also known as belt conveyor, conveyor belt movement according to the principle of friction transmission, suitable for conveying the density of less than 1.67/ ton/cubic meter, easy to pull out of powder, granular, small pieces of low grinding and dressing materials and bagging materials, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer, grain, etc. The belt conveyor can be used in the ambient temperature range of -20℃ to +40℃, and the temperature of the material to be sent is less than 60℃.       Working principle

      The belt conveyor is mainly composed of two end-point rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly covered on them. The drum that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called the driving drum (transmission drum); Another drum that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt is called the reversing drum. The driving drum is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. The driving roller is generally installed at the discharge end to increase traction and facilitate dragging. The material is fed by the feeding end, falls on the rotating conveyor belt, and is driven by the friction of the conveyor belt to the unloading end.

      Other instructions

      1. The belt conveyor should be supervised by fixed personnel during the working process. The caretaker must have general technical knowledge and be familiar with the performance of the conveyor.

      2. The enterprise should formulate the "equipment maintenance, overhaul and safety operation procedures" for the care personnel to comply with. There must be a shift system for custodial staff.

      3. The feed to the belt conveyor should be uniform, and should not be too much feed so that the feed funnel is filled with material and overflow.

      4. During the work of the conveyor, non-custodianship personnel shall not be near the machine, and any personnel shall not touch any rotating parts. In case of failure, the operation must be stopped immediately to eliminate the fault. If there are defects that are not easy to eliminate immediately but have no excessive impact on the work, they should be recorded and eliminated when they are repaired.

      5. When taking care of the conveyor, you should often observe the operation of each component, check the connection bolts everywhere, and tighten them in time when they are loose. However, it is absolutely prohibited to clean and repair the moving parts of the conveyor when it is running.

      6. The screw tension device of the tail assembly should be adjusted appropriately to keep the conveyor belt with normal working tension. The caretaker should often observe the working condition of the conveyor belt, and the local damage should depend on the degree of damage (whether it affects the production) and decide whether to replace it immediately or replace it with a new one when it is repaired. The removed conveyor belt should be used for other purposes according to its degree of wear.

      7. When taking care of the belt conveyor, it is to observe its working state, clean, lubricate and check and adjust the screw tension device and other sporadic work.

      8. The belt conveyor should generally start when there is no load and stop after the material is unloaded.

      9. In addition to maintaining normal lubrication and replacing individual damaged parts during use, the conveyor must be fully overhauled every 6 months. During maintenance, defects in use and records must be eliminated, damaged parts replaced and lubricating oil replaced.

      10. The enterprise can establish the maintenance cycle according to the working conditions of the conveyor.
