Working principle
When the motor is started, its power is transmitted to the reducer through the triangle belt. The power of deceleration is transmitted to the eccentric with adjustable eccentricity (the size of the eccentric should be adjusted to the position of the eccentric), and then the eccentric is driven by the eccentric through the connecting rod to make the swing plate swing in a reciprocating arc, so that the feed port is opened and closed repeatedly. The ore located in the square mine bin of the feeder is discharged from the machine again and again at a uniform speed through the feed port. Ensure that the ball mill is uniformly fed for production.

1. Use method
(1) When the machine is connected to the appropriate position under the storage device with screws, the installation work is completed.
(2) Before entering the work, it is necessary to check whether there is enough lubricating oil in the worm gear reducer and whether the movable joint parts are filled with lubricating oil, and if it is not enough, it should be filled with enough lubricating oil to each part.
(3) Before starting the motor, the elastic coupling should be pulled out by hand, and the joint activity of the eccentric connecting rod and the jaw plate should be observed. If the phenomenon of inflexible jam is found, it should be eliminated.
(4) After completing the above steps, you can turn on the power to idle it for 2-3 minutes, all work is under normal circumstances, can enter normal operation
2. Maintenance precautions
(1) Always pay attention to the wear and tear of each part of the moving parts.
(2) Always check whether the lubricating oil of the bearing reducer is missing. According to the actual use, the reducer can be changed once in January-February.
(3) The machine is not allowed to adjust the work of the device during operation.
(4) When the machine fails or the movement is not flexible, first turn off the motor, and eliminate it after stopping.
(5) Always keep the inside and outside of the machine clean.
